From grassroots sports to wellbeing initiatives, the Trust continues to make a real difference in people’s lives, and it was humbling to witness just how far their efforts reach.

🌙 A Night of Inspiration

The event was more than just an awards ceremony—it was a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause. Seeing individuals and organisations being celebrated for their contributions to health, inclusion, and education reaffirmed how vital community-driven initiatives are. Whether it’s supporting young people through sport or providing essential outreach programmes, the Trust’s impact is truly inspiring.

🫶 A Partnership to Be Proud Of

For years, we have worked closely with Derby County Community Trust, supporting their efforts in various ways. Attending the awards also gave me the opportunity to reconnect with some familiar faces—people who have played a key role in building this partnership and ensuring we continue to serve the local community together.

I believe we have a responsibility beyond the day-to-day operations of whatever day job we may have. Being part of Derby’s social fabric means giving back, whether that’s through partnerships like this, charitable initiatives, or simply being there when people need us.

👀 Looking Ahead

As I left the event, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride—not just in the work the Trust is doing but also in the role that we play in supporting their mission. Community impact isn’t just about big gestures; it’s about consistency, collaboration, and showing up for the people who need it most.

I’m excited for what the future holds and look forward to continuing our journey with Derby County Community Trust—helping to make Derbyshire a stronger, more connected place for everyone.

⏰ Read time: 2 minutes Last night, I had the privilege of attending the Derby County Community Trust Awards, an…

[66,61,54

post-1868","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-derby-county-football-club","category-events-and-seminars","category-taxi-and-private-hire
["GET
